Cornering on a 50” wide machine like your Polaris RZR Trail 900 can be tough. That narrow suspension can’t handle a tight turn without slowing down. If you want more stability and performance, upgrade your suspension with SuperATV’s Polaris RZR Trail 900 to RZR Trail S 900 Conversion Kit. It gives you 10” wider suspension, 1.5” front and rear offset, and everything you need to make the change. You’ll have control and stability like never before.

Made For Real Riding
Everything in this kit is built to last from 1 1/4” diameter tubed A-arms to the heavy-duty tie rods. The fully adjustable, high-clearance A-arms come preset for perfect camber at 60” wide. The 1.5” offset gives you room for larger tires and they come with UHMW bushings preinstalled. The shock brackets are made using CNC laser-cut steel plating for durability. Our tie rods are made with steel swaged tube for extreme strength and come paired with heavy-duty monoball tie rod ends.

Comes with Rhino Brand Axles
Our long travel kit includes a full set of extended Rhino Brand Axles. They’re made with 4340 chromoly steel from end to end to make them stronger than stock and give them exceptional longevity. The precision made CV joints have no break-in period and can operate at extreme articulation angles without overheating. They’re tough and they don’t quit.

Upgrade to Rhino 2.0 Axles
If you’re like us, you like to keep that pedal pinned as much as possible. You’re the kind of rider we made Rhino 2.0 Axles for. They take your conversion kit to the next level with maximized components and hardened chromoly steel construction. The oversized CVs give you 40°+ articulation angles and the beefier shaft gives you unmatched strength. Altogether, they’re nearly twice as strong as the stock equivalent. Plus, they’re backed by an 18-month warranty.
