Why You Need This: The Posi-Twist Multi Wire Connector is designed to join three or more wires quickly and securely! These Multi Wire Posi-Twist connectors are essentially the motorcycle (or automotive) equivalent of a wire nut, most commonly found in AC wiring of buildings. If you ever have done wiring in your house then you know just how handy wire nuts are to use, however household wire nuts were never suitable for DC motorcycle & automotive applications. That is where the Posi-Twist come in, their key feature is that they actually lock the wires to the connector, keeping the wires and connectors in place even with all the vibration that a motorcycle sees. Simple to install without special tools, Post-twist connectors are reusable, made in the USA and offer a quick and easy semi-permanent solution to joining multiple wires together.

Posi twist instructions

Installation Tip: Depending on the number of wires and gauge of wires you are joining will change how much insulation will need to be removed off each end of the wire. Insert the wires through the threaded collar and slightly fan out the loose strands of wire. Do not twist the ends of the wire prior to installing them in the threaded body. Install the wires into the body of the connector and begin to thread the collar in place, while keeping pressure on the wires while tightening the cap to the body. Once snug, give the wire a gentle tug to see if all the wires have locked properly, it should not move or pull out. If it does try again, you may need to strip just a hair more of insulation off the wire or shorten the amount of wire that is inserted into the body of the connector.
